Thursday, March 1, 2012 - Dinner at the Fat Duck (Bray, Berkshire): Showing quite a bit of colour, dark golden, losing some of its sparkle though. Rich and long but has lost none of it balance and it has a presence and length which is hard to describe. Granted a lot of is due to its show stopping power but nonethelss ths is an extraordinary champagne. Maybe loosing some of its vitality. 95 and drink as u please you lucky one.
