Saturday, April 18, 2015 - Sweet, perhaps slightly confected, cherry notes. Savory and smoke. Maybe a little chemical. Bacon fat, but still some fruit lingering in there. Perhaps too sharply acidic now compared to its best. A touch harsh. But nonetheless pretty good at 9 years. Not sure it's got the oomph to go much more distance.
