Sunday, October 12, 2008 - A 'Chablis style' Chard, not the highest quality when compared to Niagara Chard - Light yellow, light viscosity, notes of pear, peach, minerality and lemon zest on the nose, steely and light, bracing acidity on the palate with a short finish (80 Points).
