Saturday, September 21, 2013 - Open and decanted approx one hour before serving. Ripe black fruit aromas with dark chocolate, anise and kirsch. Lush and ripe flavors as well but with such elegant structural elements that this came together nicely, and kept picking up weight and intensity with more time in glass through dinner.
