Tuesday, December 4, 2012 - I found this to be a very aromatic Gamay with good concentration and a nice touch of spice. Fair to good acidity. Needed about 15 minutes of air to really show its best, and continued to round out and get more spicy with time. This is a fine example of what a well made Cru Beaujolais can deliver, even from a ubiquitous producer.
