Friday, July 30, 2004 - Opened a couple of days ago -- drank a glass or two, shoved a cork in the bottle and threw it back in the fridge. Over the following nights, the wine opened, softened, and became more pleasant. A positive form of oxidation. Still a relatively simple quaffer, it came across without some of the off notes of earlier bottles.
