Thursday, August 24, 2017 - Chicago Wine Flock...Bill Having Fun with Flights (Wilmette, IL): Tasted double blind. Very clearly top notch Cali Syrah, with rich and concentrated black cherry supported with slightly sweet spice. Very dense and long. Probably some upside as hints of sweetness might lessen. Still very harmonious, even with that slight sweetness.
