Saturday, November 10, 2018 - Aerated with a Vinturi and decanted for one hour. Nose of blackberry, plum, blueberry, chocolate, spice, vanilla and licorice. Black and blue fruit, cocoa, coffee, vanilla, spice and licorice. Long, rich finish. Full bodied with layers of flavor. Served with grilled rack of lamb and garlic herb butter.
