An interesting nose of succulent honey and caramel with tart red fruit rollup and vanilla.
HUGE ripe black (slightly bitter) berries mixed in with gobs of bright cherry and toasted oak laid upon a bed of fresh earth. Surprisingly high amounts of acidity on the finish that leaves your tongue tingly with tart chocolate cherries.
