Friday, March 14, 2014 - Tasted blind. Lots of bell pepper, some herb and leather, red fruits. Really good acid. Guessed an old world cab franc from Chinon. Was really surprised this was from California. 13.5%, great acid, red fruits. Ahh the good ole days in CA. Ok - some green/herbaceous notes but I liked this wine.
