Friday, August 23, 2019 - Served blind guessed 2001. Shows its age but it also has acidity and liveliness. Rounder and more approachable than the Carillon, but not as precise nor long. In sum, a super villages wine that again demonstrates the brilliant heights of Lafon.

Another pristine bottle hand carried from the producer, resting in the same cellar until we opened it.
