Wednesday, January 23, 2013 - Patiently waited 5 years to open a bottle and can report that I should have waited another few more years. This wine has rich dark fruit with strong hints of spice, currant and a hot, mocha like finish. The tannins are smooth and starting to integrate into the fruit, but hope this wine can and will get better with some more age.
