Wednesday, January 8, 2014 - I bought a couple of cases when it first hit the market and used as Xmas gifts to my employees. I have loved this winery since my first visit in 1990's. I had laid away one of the bottles and opened this afternoon, a chilly winter's day in Texas. It still has a lingering Granny Smith Apple taste, slightly acid but reminiscent of its first taste these many years ago. It has aged well.
