Saturday, January 1, 2011 - One hour decant, and noted improvement with time. Pretty blood red color. A slight barnyard aroma. Nice fruit and balanced tannins on the palate. Medium bodied. Smooth with decent length. Paired with duck, and quite enjoyable.
