Tuesday, December 4, 2007 - Bright ruby red color. Nose of spice, cassis, earth. Flavors of crushed red berries, cassis, mint, earth, with cedar notes. Medium body, medium finish. Drinking very well right now. Has several years of evolution left before it peaks.
