Sunday, February 1, 2009 - This wine has a dark color and is showing well. The nose offers cassis, tobacco and pine tar. The palate, while still youthful, is open with black/red fruit, medium-low acidity and somewhat course tannins for the vintage. Still, this wine drinks well and if the price is right is a buy.
