Sunday, February 8, 2015 - Dark plum with brick. Nose: vanilla oak, sweet spice, peat. Taste: crisp, roasted dark cherry, cinnamon, earth, smokey leather, peat. Finish: long, chewy, caramel cherry, smoke, very complex.
