Saturday, October 6, 2012 - Dark red color, significant bricking to the edge. Nose of cedar, tobacco, cassis, sous bois. Savory palate, sage, underbrush, ash, some delicious red fruit in the background. Medium+ acid, round mouth feel. Finish is medium with savory, earthy tannin that are well integrated.

This was just amazing with irish beef stew. Classic claret. 12.5%
