Quite basic and one-dimensional, with just a few primary fruit flavors of apples and pears. Definitely did not develop any sort of minerality or herbal notes. Not a lot wrong with the wine, but quite boring. I'll save my remaining bottles for guests that just want a simple white with an ice cube.
