Saturday, January 8, 2011 - It had a bit of a tingle-like texture on the tongue at first, and finally it died off. It wasn't the kind that felt-related to acid; it more felt like an unstable wine. Quite basic and one-dimensional, with just a few primary fruit flavors of apples and pears. Definitely did not develop any sort of minerality or herbal notes. Not a lot wrong with the wine, but quite boring. I'll save my remaining bottles for guests that just want a simple white with an ice cube.
