Saturday, November 7, 2009 - Started really well - very fruity without being overly sweet. Smooth with a touch of heat. Halway through the meal the wine fell apart. Tight. Lost its fruit. Improved by the end of the meal but never recovered its initial qualiies. Drink fast. Don't let it air.
