Wednesday, August 27, 2014 - Very sweet, young, characteristically Russian River. Mostly blackberry, hints of raspberry. Has that Rochioli brown sugar sweetness, still at age 11. Not especially complex. Just the barest hints of secondary flavors on the finish. One bottle left; I'll plan to drink it 2017-2020. I anticipate it will evolve nicely, though I'm not sure I'll like it more than today. 89/100, possibly this is ungenerous.
