Friday, February 27, 2009 - Very different from prior vintages. Not the big, dense, juicy mocha-infused wine like the 2004 or 2005. This wine had a remarkably pure cola/berry bouquet, and creamy cola and red fruits in the mouth. Medium bodied with a moderate finish. Different, and good, but not up to the quality of prior vintages.
