Monday, August 16, 2010 - Very very good old-world cab. Refined and subtle, with oak predominating over fruit, but everything in impeccable balance. Not the kind of cab that sets my pants on fire, but it's hard not to admire this caliber of winemaking. This was a 375 -- I wish we had had a full bottle!
