Monday, June 22, 2015 - Quite dark in colour, a little golden which developed over time with exposure to oxygen. On the nose quite rich, notes of honey and even caramel, rich stone fruit. Slight signs of premox on nose and palate which weren't obvious when bottle was opened. Improved slightly at first, just to get much worse towards the end of the evening. Increasingly tart finish. Frustrating.
