Friday, December 25, 2020 - Wow! When I first pulled the cork I got a whiff of oxidation and thought it was bad. But it was fantastic once I poured it into the glass and let it breathe for a minute. Beautiful concentrated bouquet of flavors of smoke, minerals, pear, apple, well integrated oak, minerals (lots of minerality). Medium bodied with full mouthfeel. Very complex. Youthful fruit but with beautiful secondary flavors to it. Delicious now. May last longer, but I cannot imagine it getting any better. Very burgundian in style. Delicious
