Monday, November 3, 2014 - I've decided Zin is one of those grapes that does not undergo dramatic changes with ageing. If it's fantastic at the time of vintage, it'll probably still be great in 7 years time. This is by far and above the best Zin that Elderton have produced. It has lovely syrupy fruity flavours and is still a delicious wine.
