Tuesday, January 5, 2010 - Pale yellow with a pea green edge. Buttered nuts, dryer sheets and lemon drop on the nose. The entry is a bit simple and has a phenolic edge to it on the finish. With a bit of air gained a little more richness with more graham cracker and white choolate coming through, seemingly lots of lees/barrel contact. Rather straight forward overall.
