Thursday, November 12, 2020 - Along with Danny, celebrating Estie's birthday at home. We have take-out from China Village in Albany. Medium yellow in color. Aromatics of white stone fruit. White nectarines, poached pears and a bit of citrus on the palate. Bold. Nice sweetness-acidity trade off. Good finish. Certainly an excellent companion with our dinner.
