Wednesday, May 23, 2012 - Dark amber, brown; molasses, white raisins, earl grey tea; sweet, honey, raisiny, viscous, full body, lingering finish.
Syrupy, raisiny and earthy with a tongue-coating finish. Slightly cloying and tiring but good with blue cheese.
