Sunday, May 15, 2011 - Light yellow. In the nose, a lot of grapefruit, some yellow bell pepper, gooseberry and some flintstone. On the palate, it's quite forceful, a bit oily with again a lot of grapefruit, rather thin bodied in the middle with a long finish that is slightly alcoholic. I find this a bit too forced. The Sauvignon Blanc Steierische Klassik from Tement from the same year was more laid back.
