Thursday, February 4, 2021 - Crumbly cork - Deep maroon color. Blackberry preserves, sweet concord grape jelly and earth with lovely spices on the nose. Gorgeous, silky texture on the palate with bright fruit flavors and vibrant spice. Really in a beautiful place with nicely integrated tannins allowing the flavors to shine. Bought directly from the winery on Spring Mountain during a visit to the Sherwin Family Estate - the owners are incredible people and you can taste their commit to excellence in their wines. Sincerely enjoyed several games of bocce ball.
