Saturday, December 3, 2011 - Just great wine, great. Soft and rounded now, with gamy and leathery notes emerging behind the dark fruit. On day two the wine has become utterly amazing, regaining a bit of brightness that wasn't there on day 1, and that sensation of tiny berries, thick skins, spice and soil. great energy and balance. I'm not sure how Beaujolais can be better than this. Now, let's see if I can have a little self control with my last bottle, and wait a while.
