Monday, February 22, 2010 - The flavors really develop and shift over a few hours. Give it at least 1-2 hours in the decanter for best results. No formal notes, but I recall good spice and dark fruits. Raspberries & cherry if memory serves correct. Really enjoyed this Syrah.
