Friday, February 23, 2018 - Opened 24 hours in advance and kept uncorked for around 14 hours in-between. Superbly elegant honey citrus, floral, mineral with touches of spices and tropical fruits. Lovely balanced sweetness and dancing acidity in the textured fruity palate. Lovely. Give it 10 more years and will absolutely get better.
