Wednesday, May 5, 2010 - No decant... lots of sediment when we reached the bottom of the bottle. Purple-tinged ruby. Ripe blueberries, pepper, savoury herbs with a touch of menthol. Medium-bodied, fine but assertive tannins, cool blue fruit and a crisp, spicy finish. Reminds me of a fruity Crozes-Hermitage.
