Friday, December 25, 2009 - Upon corking it had an almost fermented taste like there were bubbles in it. That blew off after about 20 minutes and the wine started to show itsef. Typical nose of BF, you could smell the 'imprint' that biodynamic farming leaves. This wine help up well and was still good the next day. I think it will not likely improve but should last a few years at least.
