Tuesday, March 1, 2005 - (from memory) This is a thick rich concentrated black pinot. It has tons of fruit and starts out a bit 'closed down' like so many oregon pinots do, but opened up nicely with time. Has almost a Kistler like richness. Nice, but not awesome. Should get substantially better in 3-5 years. 3/05
