Sunday, October 15, 2006 - A perfectly stored bottle purchased directly from the winery but the wine is so overly acidic that it was difficult to drink. I've had other Beaux Freres that open this way and then soften after extended aeration but this bottle stayed that way and while it seemed like the underlying fruit was sweet and attractive, I just couldn't get to it. Will wait a few years and try another bottle.
