Friday, April 6, 2007 - Clear and dark color, Pinot fruit on the nose, spice and cherry fruit - sometimes sweet, sometimes sour - on the palate. Enjoyable wine consumed with appetizer of smoked salmon. Will hold the other 5 for a bit. Try #2 next year!
