Saturday, September 28, 2013 - Popped with what looked to be a beautiful piece of wild caught salmon, which we then cedar planked. Fish turned out to be flavorless. The wine fared far better and held up it's end of the bargain. Still have half the bottle left for tomorrow. Sure seems to me like it has ample life left, if you're holding a few.
