Saturday, August 25, 2012 - This wine is very elegant, well balanced, light but yet tasty. Worked extremely well with food, by the way.
Opened the bottle 5 hours before dinner and also did a double decant. Then our dinner lasted for 5 hours. This wine improved the whole time.
