Monday, September 6, 2010 - Decanted for about an hour... needs another 3 hours in a decanter at this stage though. Deep dark opaque purple. On the nose - grilled meat/bacon, blackberry, cassis. Good acid and strong tannins. Definitely needs another 5+ years in the cellar to begin to show properly.
