Saturday, March 9, 2013 - Aerated with Vinturi and decanted for 1.5 hours. Fruity nose with blackberry, plum, cherry, spice and pepper. Dark berries, plum, and fine tannins lead a long finish. Full bodied. A fruit forward Aussie Shiraz that paired well with filet mignon and a port wine and cherry sauce.
