Saturday, November 2, 2013 - Very much the Aussie Shiraz you would expect. Dark red with a nose of oak mint, licorice and black fruits. Developed nicely in the glass. After several hours breathing it calmed down and was quite pleasant to drink. To my surprise it went great with a spicy cilantro, lime marinated turkey breast.
