Saturday, March 28, 2015 - During a tasting event. Medium purple with ruby rim. Typical Barossa nose of torrefaction, cassis, wood, licorice. Full bodied with soft tannins and appropriate acidity, medium length. This is a well-made wine for sure but not at the level of the best Aussie Shiraz.
