Sunday, January 28, 2024 - Bought 2 Bottles at Auction and opened with some trepidation as they had been stored in a damp cellar. The Honeyed notes, gave way to a burnt Basque Cheesecake/Creme Brûlée richness, tasted again after 6 hours and apricot jam was present. One bottle to go and will save it for 5/10 years
