Tuesday, June 16, 2015 - Taut, cherry stones, Mediterranean herbs; giving; in a good place. Cherry stones receding gracefully, a hint of blueberry and a bit of balsamico to add to the mix. Possibly drying a tad on the back end but it had a delightful licorice-porcini mushroom aftertaste, which elevated it from one of the also-rans. A super, delightfully resolved bottle of top drawer chianti.
