Tuesday, December 24, 2019 - The nose took time to unwind from a stark citrus core, eventually revealing honey and stone notes. There's cutting acidity here, which I appreciate, but it isn't balanced by density on the palate. The 2007 Champs Gains finishes long with citrus and florals.
