Sunday, August 27, 2023 - Christmas pine and black pepper on the nose. Soft slightly bitter black plum skins a on the palate. The first sip was magic, but the second glass now tastes like someone 3D printed well-aged fancy Bordeaux- it's just lacking in soul.
