Thursday, January 28, 2010 - Dark, with deep blackcurrant fruit, coffee, the flavour oddly elevated, very ripe, overripe in fact, but enough acid to keep it alive. [Just seen the previous note on this - yes there is a savoury quality and a buttery texture.]
